Mohan Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in taxation, audit & assurance, corporate compliance, and end-to-end accounting advisory. He brings strong practical experience across real estate groups, manufacturing businesses, and global financial institutions.
He has led complete finance and compliance functions for multi-entity business groups, including accounting, cash-flow management, statutory compliances, audits, and regulatory filings. His experience includes managing teams, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
Mohan has also worked in a multinational banking environment, gaining exposure to complex financial instruments, regulatory reporting, and Indian Accounting Standards / IFRS, enabling him to deliver solutions aligned with global best practices.
